Turn Point's founders and leadership team have spent over 30 years in Enterprise IT, Telecommunications, and Network infrastructure. Our engineers have built and maintained more than 20,000 cell sites, data centers, and campuses for the nation's largest carriers.

We helped construct some of the first managed hosting facilities, major telecommunications hubs, and internet exchanges on the East and West coasts. In 2017 we founded a Smart Building division that designed and managed over 20 large multi-tenant properties across 5 states, delivering OTT video, TV, and internet over proprietary fiber networks.

Arlin is an experienced Technologist and Subject Matter Expert with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications and wireless industry across both technical and construction management roles. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, he has led projects at every scale — from single-site deployments to nationwide carrier rollouts.

He is skilled in Business Planning, Strategic Planning, Network Operations, Data Center design and management, Campus WIFI, 5G, Fiber, OSP, Tower Construction, and System Deployment utilizing the Agile Process. A strong engineering professional, Arlin studied at the Center of Applied Technology.
